The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with BBSS, at the Brown Bottle Super Store website, mobile website or via telephone (jointly referred to as “BBSS”).

By using brownbottlesuperstore.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on brownbottlesuperstore.com.

In order to shop on brownbottlesuperstore.com, you must be at least 18 years old.

The BBSS website only offers products that we have in stock and that are published on brownbottlesuperstore.com. The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on brownbottlesuperstore.com at the time you place your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions, then please immediately stop using the website.

Brown Bottles are not returnable, so please select these items carefully.

Refused Orders

If you refuse your order when the carrier makes an attempt to deliver your package you will assume responsibility for the shipping charges in both directions from BBSS to your address and from your address back to us. You will also be responsible for any additional handling fees charged by the carrier and a 20% BBSS restocking fee. No Exceptions to this policy will be permitted.
