    Shipping Policy

    Discrete Packaging

    Not everyone needs to know where you get your awesome products, we understand that completely.

    All packages are shipped in discrete plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes.

    Shipping Methods

    When checking out you will have the choice of selecting your shipment delivery method:

    Shipping Method Delivery Time
    • Standard Delivery: 7-14 Days
    • Local Delivery: 2-7 Days
    • 2- Day Delivery: 2 Days - Monday-Friday Service
    • Next Day Delivery: Next Day - Monday-Friday Service*
    Order Shipment Processing
    • Completed orders received and processed after 2pm PST will be shipped the following day.
    • Shipping Times are based on in-stock items and transit time is based on the day we ship your order.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on availability of items.
    • Once your order is complete your order is shipped based on the Shipping Method you selected at time of purchase.

    Shipping Carrier

    All orders will be shipped via most efficient method unless otherwise requested when placing your order. Brown Bottle Superstore ships with the following carriers; UPS (United Parcel Service), and USPS (United States Postal Service). Please include your complete STREET address (no P.O. Box numbers, please). Allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

    P.O. Boxes

    UPS (United Parcel Service) does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you choose an Expedited Service such as Next Day Delivery or 2- Day Delivery your order will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

    Excluded Domestic Shipping

    The term excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. These destinations are considered International destinations.

    Domestic Shipping

    The contiguous United States consists of the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. (federal district), on the continent of North America.

    Back-ordered Shipping

    If we cannot ship an item right away, we will update your order history as "Back-Ordered" with an estimated delivery date.

    Signature Required Request

    If you request a signature required a fee up to $4.90 will be added to your order. Shipping Rates Your shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing.

    Shipping Exceptions

    Some items can not be shipped to some states of the U.S.A. We will review your order carefully to insure that the shipment can be sent to you. In the case that you can not receive an item you have requested we will contact you via email with the information. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause you.

    California Shipping

    Our shipping rates include shipping, packing materials and handling. All orders shipped within California are charged sales tax in accordance with California State Board of Equalization sales tax law.

    International Orders

    Brown Bottle Superstore Ships products throughout the world. All countries that we currently ship to are listed on the main account screen when you first set-up your account.

    International Shipping Rates

    International rates are handled on a order-by-order basis based on your destination and weight of order. Shipping options will be presented to you at checkout.

    International Orders Under 4lbs.

    International Orders under 4lbs qualify for a lower cost via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) First Class Package International Shipping. If your order qualifies you will be presented with the option to select, U.S.P.S. First Class Package International Shipping.

    If your order exceeds the weight limit you will be presented with the option to select U.S.P.S. Priority Mail® International or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Express International™

    International Duties, VAT and Other Charges

    As an International customer, you are responsible for paying any duties, customs or tariffs on the products when the product arrives in your country. Packages returned to Brown Bottle Superstore will be still liable for all duties, customs or tariffs on the products when the product arrives at Brown Bottle Superstore. Packages will not be re-shipped without secure payment for all charges incurred.
